The
present reservation system in jobs must be done away with, as instead of
uniting the society, this is creating a big storehouse of differences among
various castes and creeds. It must be formulated in such a way as to ensure the
integrity of Indian society, for which I think it should be based upon only one
factor - unification of society through unification of two different castes, i.e.
it should be allowed to those only where one from upper caste has married to
one from lower caste (SC, ST or OBC). I believe that this system of reservation
in government jobs would ensure national integrity and gradual eradication of
caste system in India.
